IF - Part 17

We’ve reached our conclusion of “If” by Rudyard Kipling. As a reminder, Kipling has issued a challenge. He has given us 16 things we must do to achieve the great payoff, which is: “Yours in the earth and everything that’s in it And, which is more, you’ll be a man my son.” The payoff isn’t what you get. It’s what you become. A fully-functioning, autonomous adult who is never a victim and creates his or her own way in life. You become the greatest thing a human being can become. You become free.
