It’s every parent’s nightmare—and I lived it. You round the corner pulling onto the highway and there flipped on its side and smoldering is your child’s car. This happened to me one snowy Kansas City afternoon. But Lia is not the only one in our family to have a bad accident recently and the outcomes of the two events could not have been more different — our could they?
