JumpStart - Are You Properly Cast

As you probably know, I just been gone a week at Disney World celebrating my birthday.

One of the questions that bothered me when I was here was “how many employees does Disneyworld have? “

The answer is - none, zero, zip.

Everyone who works at Disneyworld is a cast member, not an employee.

A person is not given a job, they are cast into a role and they are rehearsed exceedingly well on how to play that role.

Oddly enough, one of the seven dwarfs shows the contrast between Disneyworld and the real world.
