In “The Tao of Pooh” the author Benjamin Hoff explains Taoism through the loveable characters from the Winnie the Pooh books by HH Milne.

So, who are you?  Pompous old Owl? Clever Rabbit? Uncertain Piglet?  Negative Eeyore? Over-confident Tigger?

These are all personas we adopt but our goal, as always, is to be more like Pooh.
